Detailed clinical assessment which includes talking about the reason for the appointment, lifestyle, client's history, setting a goal, education, checking the range of motion, breath assessment, and practice. It takes 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
This involves a short clinical assessment to understand the goal and need of the student. It allows students to achieve the goal and fine-tune their practice. It helps them to improve posture, alignment, and poses. The approach is educational to empower the students and deepen the practice.
There will not be any clinical assessment, however advisable to communicate concerns and physical limitations to the instructor prior to joining the practice. There will be 4 to 8 students are allowed in a group practice.
Offering a customized practice in which yoga is one of the tools, comprises a wide range of mind/body practices from postural, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation to relieve chronic pain and to address the root cause. Equal participation is very important in yoga therapy to get to the root of chronic pain unless it is event-based. Offering practices for mind body and breath to bring balance in the nervous system.
Same as private yoga practice in a group of 2-3 students, except a short clinical assessment is done prior to the practice.
Online yoga practice includes Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and all of the above.
